After a mountain fire in my hometown, I entered the ruined bamboo forest and placed photographs of the rain, snow, cold and heat of the past among the plants. I fused sounds, stories and images into a video that recreated the events that occurred in the context of climate change.

For the fight for fairy spring
They went up the river

Fungi walked between rhizomes
Met distant memories from snow

In the fairy pond of the Queen Mother
The fairy spring turned into blood-colored fireflies
Dyed the wind red
Melted the temple and rocks

Fairy spring heals the universe

Through the scar
Deep into the fissure

The living beings have long been gone

Fairy spring heals the universe

Until it dries up
